What type of work do you specialise in?

I specialise in digital programme and project delivery across web, mobile, eCommerce, and SaaS platforms. My background spans both client side and agency roles, leading end-to-end delivery of complex digital products and transformation initiatives.

 

What level do you typically operate at?

I’ve led programmes and teams at senior levels including Programme Director, Digital Director, and Senior Project Manager. I’m used to working closely with C-suite stakeholders, reporting directly to CEOs, and driving commercially focused strategies.

 

What industries have you worked in?

A mix – Finance, Technology, Travel, Media, Government, Education, Publishing, Healthcare, and Creative. The digital challenges may vary, but the core delivery principles remain the same.

 

Are you hands-on or strategic?

Both. I can get into the detail of delivery and manage cross-functional teams, while also leading strategic planning, budgets, and stakeholder alignment. I adapt depending on the brief and the business need.

 

Do you work with Agile, Waterfall, or both?

I’ve delivered across Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and traditional Waterfall models. I usually lean towards Agile or hybrid approaches, but I focus on what works best for the team and outcome.

 

Have you worked on global projects?

Yes. I’ve delivered global transformations for brands like Landor, Jacobs Media Group, and fintech startups, coordinating remote teams across the UK, Europe, US, India, and the UAE.

 

What’s been one of your biggest digital wins?

One standout was delivering the Labour Party’s ‘Campaign Creator’ platform which handled millions of orders. Another was overseeing the digital transformation at Jacobs Media Group, achieving a 40% cost saving across multiple brands and systems.

 

Do you manage budgets and commercials?

Yes, regularly. I’ve managed multi-million-pound programmes, overseen vendor selection, negotiated contracts, and led commercial strategy to improve ROI and reduce cost inefficiencies.

 

Are you open to both contract and permanent work?

Yes. I typically work on contract roles but I’m open to permanent opportunities if the fit is right and the role offers the right level of challenge and impact.
