Tansel Adacan is a Digital Programme Director, Technical Programme Manager and Senior Project Manager with 15+ years’ experience leading digital transformation and complex programme delivery across products, platforms, web, mobile and data. He has worked client-side and with consultancies and agencies, taking programmes from discovery, business cases and roadmaps through to recovery, governance, supplier control, commercial control, build, integration, release and service transition. His work includes cloud and data modernisation, product and platform delivery, operating-model change and C-suite engagement, with a practical focus on bringing complex work under control and moving strategy into delivery.
